There really is no 'best' way other than boost, just get into some private races, goes fastest 1vs 1 and each take turns winning, not to worry about stats, priv races dont affect the win/loss ratio.

Today must be my lucky day i got on for a min ran one race at little italy and got a Norset race series sport engine 8-4-0. Quayzar if u can ever catch me on ill farm w ya i need some T1 parts for my goat (gto)
