I have become so sick and tired of the practices by EA and NFSW.
-Promises they never keep.. last fall in an ask marc, somehwere in the october range i believe, DREW HIMSELF answered a question about drag/drift modes comming, he said it was commin really soon....
-Fixes that never come, self explaitory.
-server downtime is higher than ever.
-Pursuits and TE's are just fukked.
-Can not have a fair MP race ever mostly due to lag, and some immature ramming kiddies and hackers.
-90% of the people who play this game have absolutely no originality at all... ie: Silvia, Lotus, M3, Murc, 911GT3..... and then act like they are something special cuz they beat you, like everone else who drives the same cars. As well, its frustrating and boring as all fukk to have to keep racing against the same cars race after race after race... BE AN INDIVIDUAL for christ sakes!
-Is it just me... or.. does it seem that car performance changes randomly from tuned to stock? Some days my cars are absolutely screaming and other days they are just bleh.
-Car tuning is favoured to their favourite cars IRL, proof is in the lotus as Marc himself likes to show off his lotus as much as possible on his FB and Twitter.
-Every NFS game I have ever played, I knew what to expect from every car each time, they were consistent, performed as they should and they could actually take a corner! So my question is why in NFSW are they tuned soo differently? I suspect it depends on how much $$ the car manufacturer want to pay EA to put their car in the game....
-They clearly do not listen to the community anymore, and that pos darius r8 is proof of that, they call it a trophy car when it is nothing more than an R8 with new liveries on it and a plate.
-Last year, whenever the game experienced any stuttering, lag or other issues, they dealt with it promptly and effectively... since the money maker V5 came out, they couldn't care less anymore because people are still paying top dollar into the game.... ME, NO MORE! I will never buy boost again unless they fix the dam game.
-Advertising redesigned cars as NEW, calling a car like the darius r8 a NFS Classic... it was in ONE game, that does not make it a classic, but, mustangs, challengers, chevelle, camaro ss, hemi cuda have appeared in more than one title, some of them in every title since MW, they are NFS Classics... guess the R8 was the easier (lazy) way to add somethin to the game.
-They have abandoned the official forums, unless it's to ban someone for something stupid, no more release notes get posted on the nfsw home page... they do everyting they can to cover up complaints just like the corporate hogs of today all do.
-The support can't even answer simplest of questions, I swear it's run from a highschool tech class with copy paste answers...
-Drew is a moron, Marc is a hustler, the rest of the devs worship these two asshats as if they are some sort of MMO god
-No other MMO i know of, worth palying anyway, has a chat room without moderation and administration.
-Other F2P games have great interactive communication with their customers in forums, email etc etc.. except for EA
And this is only SOME of the cons to staying in NFSW....... It's pretty sad, sorry PATHETIC when NFS Pro Street one the biggest flops in EA history is more fun to play then world is.
AS of the last 2-3 weeks I have signed into world long enough to get the gems and off again, its repetitive, its become boring as hell cuz even with new cars or redesigned cars, they only add about an hour of excitement on the same old tracks vs the same old cars.
