Okay, I am pondering whether to get The Charger RT Royal Purple or a plain jane version. For the money (Performance wise), I thought the Royal Purple might be my best bet, but I don't know if a plain jane with Level 2 Parts from the store would be better.
If I did get the Royal Purple, the graphics would be stripped. Any thoughts?

I got my Charger early in the game. Being that the RP/RT was a bit too pricey for me at the time, I went with the regular Charger. I was so new in fact, that I didn't realize the vinyls could be stripped off...lol. I didn't want to be stuck with that awful purple/yellow color scheme. Royal Purple synthetic oil is a good product but it makes an awful color scheme for a car. Looks like a bad high-school band uniform  Even if you buy the RP version, you're going to eventually try and acquire better parts for it, either through racing, card packs, or both. So spending the extra IGC for the 4/4 race parts may or may not be worth it to you.  |

The RP 4/4 engine is essentially a Street Sport engine, so it is a good starter car for the charger R/T, it does perform really well for an entry level part. For the extra 5K game cash, you can't loose.
What I did with my RP cars was strip everyhting but 2 RP decals and keep in mind, if you like the wheels, keep them on cuz you will never get them back.

Well... I purchased the Charger. Made it my new Sig and off to collect Gems I go.

May have to re-do my sig to get a better angle and light on the Charger. |
