well, so i got the new Mustang. and tried to upgrade it a bit. at first i tried to install only a Kestrel Tuned engine i had, the rest was left "stock" (meaning Street/Tuned parts). after a couple of testing races i said "wow, this car is great", and went on upgrading it more. big mistake..
this is what i put in it -
engine - Ursa Tuned turbo - Ursa Tuned transmission - Medion Sport suspension - Velocicom Sport brakes - stock tyres - Medion Sport
and with this setup i went out racing. and you can not imagine my surprise when i realised that even though my stats were much better than before the car was actually accelerating like a snail on wheels. with that Kestrel engine (which is a Race series engine) it was a rocket, but with the Ursa... like i said, a snail on wheels. Race/Street Tuned setup was way faster accelerating than a Pro setup. weird as hell. so i took my Amerikon Street Tuned engine (a leftover from my Card Packs buying spree), put it in, and voila, the car accelerates much better again. not as fast as it was with the Kestrel engine, but better than with the Ursa one..
so a small piece of advice - avoid Ursa engines. the turbo seems to be doing fine, but the engine is a crap..

nah... i cant say that. I use this combination: Engine - Ursa Tuned Turbo - Ursa Tuned or Velocicom Tuned (depend on acc it has) Transmission - Ursa Tuned or Velocicom tuned (Medion is bad anyway except all parts Medion Tuned) Suspension - Ventura Tuned or Velocicom Tuned (if i dont have Ventura) Brakes - Ventura Tuned (stock is a big mistake - all your power is going to hit the Walls) Tyres - Venetura Tuned (for Muscles) and Medion Tuned or Medion Sport if car lacks acceleration) This combination works fine for me. Its not the engine's fault, its a bad set of parts in your car, what else can i say - live and learn (and share your expierence ) p.s. Ursa Tuned engine is the one i need most at this time

I have learned that unbalanced parts make a mess of your car.
I used to put any old pro part in any car, untill I realised this doesn't work.
You need to balance you partsm preferrably with similar parts.
Kinda sux when the parts drops ar so slow, I know now I only look in my Inventory like once a month, then decide what to do with em.
little but silly but makes sense kinda.
Hell ask sneaker he does it right lol

part explanationRefer to this thread to perfect your tuning.. The Ursa 7, 13 engine is actually the best engine in the game, but it needs the right combo of parts to go with it..

I have paired the Velocicom 7 13 engine with the Ursa Trans 13 7 in a couple differnet cars and I love the performance of them together, and with those two it doesn't seem to matter which supercharger I go with.

the blue induction partners well with the green or blue engine.
