Any Nintendo DS owners here? Just in case there are, you should check out this little gem of a game.. Its probably the last good game that will come out for the DS, now that the 3DS is out..
But if you where a fan of games like Metroid, or the Castlevainia games, you will really like this game..
This game is very difficult though, and punishes you brutally for your mistakes. Harkens back to the old 8/16 - bit days.. But if you take your time, and keep a slow pace, it not too hard to handle..
You start with a squad of 4 marines, and you control one marine at a time.. They are identical in gameplay and abilitys, but they look different, and different personalitys which helps you get attached to them. But the kicker is.. If one of your marines die.. Thats it.. He/She is gone for good.. There are 19 other marines you can locate and get to join your squad (if you have less than 4 marines left)
The game is tons of fun, hugh areas to explore (alot of them taken right from the movies) and lots of hidden weapons/items/tools to find.. Lots of exploration ect..
