Talked to my mechanic yesterday, and my car should be done sometime in the next few weeks.. The new engine is fully assembled and in the car.. Gonna hook everything up and get it running next week.. Then do the custom tuning for it.. And it will be finished.. I cant wait.  |

Well shes home!! Sorry the pictures are kinda dark.. The sun was almost down when i finally stopped driving around enough to take a few pictures, lol.      The engine runs great.. really really smooth, and with the new exhaust Jeremy (my mechanic) had put on, sounds freakin awsume. He's got the tune perfect for my driving tastes.. It drives around town, and heavy traffic just great, just like driving a normal 3.4 but with a little more kick too it.. Then you push the pedal down, and you hear and feel that little turbo kick in and VROOOOOM the car just wants to take off.. Pulls really really strong. The turbo is nice and quiet too, you can still hear it winding up, but its subtle and quiet. Honestly the sound of the exhaust drowns it out for the most part. Jeremy even installed a little boost gauge for me. Jeremy did a great job, the car is great, and tons of fun to drive, It was a long time comin, but well worth it.. I actually cant wait to go to work tomorrow, just so i can drive it some more, lol.. (yes i have to work christmas eve! :rolleyes:) I'll get more into the car after work tomorrow, and during my vacation. And ill take some better pictures too. Car stats: In need for speed world style, lol.. ------------- Engine: 3.4L V6pr. Induction: Garret T3 turbo 10lb boost. Transmission: Lotus 4spd manuel. (yes i said lotus  ). Suspension: Koni street sport suspension + lowering springs. Brakes: Larger vented brakes. Tires: Nexen N3000 ultra performance tires. lol.. |
