Well here we go, Stock car races baby.
This is a draft copy of rules, registration will start next week once the rules are finalised
In Summary, the event will be a simple elimination event using Stock t1 muscle cars, the Challenger, the charger or the GTO.
The cars will be able to be tuned with Improved only Shop parts *NOT SPORTS PARTS*. There will be some powerups allowed for lower level drivers similar to Mopars previous standards to give lower level drivers a chance. *watch space below for final powerup rules before you start your rounds*
Starting Positions will be randomly drawn at the start of the competition, and will be a one on one elimination untill we get to a grand final race.
Races will be a best of 3, with one track to be decided upon by each driver.
The 3rd track will be Stadium and hwy 99 if a decider is needed.
To Clarify:
That means each driver picks one track, and races it up to 3 times. That will give a chance for lag outs and Unlucky runs. If after the 1st 2 tracks the result is undecided, a decider will be run on Stadium and Hwy 99.
Screenshots will need to be provided on a results page for judges scrutiny. The winner will be responsible for screenshot entry after the heat is run.
Would be good if both participants took screenshots for safety of results.
PRIZES
1st prize: 1500 Speedboost* and 1 copy of Post Apocalyptic Mayhem on steam
2nd Prize: 1500 Speedboost*
3rd prize: 1 copy of Post apocalyptic Mayhem on steam
-Entry will be open to any member of the NFSMCC and members of Crazycanucks World Garage.
-Judges decisions will be final and no Discussion will be entered into if any underhanded tactics are involved.
-The competition Registration will start next weekend and last one week.
-The competition will be run casually with time restrictions involved.
I expect the competition to be over within one month maximum.
Please show your interest and any improved rules and suggestions in this thread before I post the final rules and registration in a final thread next week.
Also alert anyone who you think might be interested to this thread for now ^^
