Use your paypal, but be sure you didn't buy anything from EA with it. If you did, in the upper right corner is a link "manage accounts", click on it and delete all records about your paypal. For address use this: Rynek Gùówny 15, 31-000 Kraków. And that's it... Enjoy" everything works fine

hi, guys, long time no see..
one thing - [glow=red,2,300]DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE YOUR COUNTRY!!![/glow] they will find out, and will ban you. it has been confirmed by a dev (EA_Julien, i think was his name), and several players have been already banned for it (there is at least one post in the official NFSW Forums about it). once again - DO NOT CHANGE YOUR COUNTRY! i don't know how they can find out that you did, but thay can..

one thing what Ling community manager said: Hi SMG, Thanks for the email. This is not a bug. This is a special offer that’s been directed to a couple of countries. I don’t know how long the offer will last nor do I know if other countries will be given such an offer either. Also I don’t believe players, who don’t reside in those countries, will be penalized should they try to take advantage of the offer. Hope that helps.
Cheers, Ling
NFSJulien said: Just as a FYI, NFS World Team did NOT ask for ANY ban for users that changed their country.
So i cant see anything wrong buying cheap boost

Already decided I won't risk it, at least not on my BULLPIT account, I got too many cars there already to lose

That deal is so good that i simply can not resist. In My country it is like paying only 2.81 % of an original cost. Ok. i had that main account from beta, but it is just crazy not to try to get away with that.. Anyways this game is so boring when you are at lvl50 and have no boost. Even if they ban me, i would have more fun building up my account again, only this time wont waste skill points on useless skills and igc on useless cars. only problem would be - i couldn't join Sneakers event tomorrow.

several players have been already banned for it ( there is at least one post in the official NFSW Forums about it). There is no proof EA ban those players because of that. Also, if country change is illegal, why they allowed us to change it? If EA decided to ban people because of that, they should ban at least 70% active players. And how does it affect on their economy? We all know the answer. All we can do is keep on raceing...

this is the first post about it, where BesiX posted a reply he got from EA Support about it - forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/7979648.page, and this is the part that is relevant - " Having reviewed your email, I feel that you want to know that it is legal to change the country region. I would like to tell you that it is illegal to change the region, as it comes under providing fraud information.".. can not find that post where one of the devs said that they're going to ban players who change their country, it has quite possibly been deleted ( too much of raging there). anyway, they say one thing, then they say another, and you go figure. i am lucky enough to live in the UK, so i can buy this cheap Boost without any problems. but i would not try my luck, and fiddle with the country change. they ( EA) know, and it is not worth risking, IMO. they will rotate this offer to another countries, i am pretty sure..

I know about that Besix thread, but still there in no proof of that. I can't remember did DEV said that (about ban), but I'm sure there is one post where someone mentioned live chat agent said something like that.
Well, we'll see...

My biggest concern is PayPal. I rarely use it for business anymore (I used to sell high-end, off-road, truck tires on eBay), but I'd hate to take a chance of it getting screwed up by some action I was taking in a video game...lol. That's the main reason I didn't try it. I know that PayPal can cause a lot of problems in micro-transaction funded, online games. Charge-backs etc., get people banned from games quite often. Who knows... the Party Van might might even show up at your house, interpol, FBI, KGB, CIA, who knows

i'd read all the threads about EA's ban for NFSW players, but i didnt find that all these players were banned for this only reason (changing their country). They did something more... against EA's TOS, but they dont tell us what exactly they did.
