I have a friend who runs a multi-gaming site who might be able to set us up with a Vent Channel and some admin rights.
How many of you guys would be interested in this? How many of you have Vent? Could I get some of you guys to log-into it when you're playing NFSW?
I haven't asked, but I think I could work something out with him. I need a show of hands... or whatever. I don't want to have him set it up and nobody make use of it. In my opinion we really need something like this.

I agree we need something. If the vent is easy anough and whoever doesn't mind us using it that's fine.
If it's a hassle to setup we can always get a GSC channel up and running.

I'd like to use it whenever possible, unfortunately for me though I play in the overnight hours mostly and thats when everyone is sleeping ... and I sit right outside our master bedroom ergo waking my wife up would not be very good for my late night gaming  I did try to set sometig up here on my own machine but I had alot fo firewall and lag issues so I didnt proceed. |

well, me and my "clan" are using TS (Team Speak) when we play CA (Combat Arms). we used to use Skype, but then some jerk found out how to hack into our Skype accounts, started to interfere with our group calls, and then, via Skype, he "implanted" a keylogger into my comp (as unbelievable as it sounds it's true), "hacked" my CA account, and deleted all my gear (permanent weapons, and such). sadly, my antivirus, and Windows firewall were no match for those Javascript keylogger (get a good PC protection, guys) about that Ventrilo.. well, i don't have it, but there's no problem installing it in the future. we'll see  |

There ya go mentioning that evil Combat Arms again...lol. I swear that freakin game attracts the worst type of hackers. I have no doubt what you said about some idgit running a keylogger through Skype. It's a damn shame to, because even with its faults the game is a fun game  |

I totally agree about CA, Tommy. It'd actually be a good game if not for the hacks. I still go in once or twice a month to visit some friends, but not often. On the Ventrillo topic, I think it is a good idea to be able to get some comms going. Most of the time, all I hear on the in-game chat is spanish.

haha CA. Was a great game but yeah they ruined it with the speed gear IMO. Plus the hackers.
There still goin tho and doing different things but I haven't been back to try it out much.
Weapon melding RPG style anyone?
