hey Guys, Please all go and read the new Ladder rules. I think you will find them much improved.

Also I'm wondering if we should merge some of the ladders.
I'm thinking 2 changes at this stage:
1 - put the challengers in with the charger R/T's
2 - Possibly making all the T3's into 1 ladder, at least until the competition get's a bit fiercer.
What do you guy's think about that and have you any other Ideas.
